ASSEMBLY

I was very excited to give this to my son for his birthday but the order never came. It’s been over 30 working days and I live in the US. I have sent multiple emails and asked where my order is and no one replies. Is this even a real company?

Very sturdy, easy to assemble.

My son just started pulling himself up (he’s 8 months old) and this set is great for him to climb and practice his motor skills. Other things in our play room aren’t safe for him to pull up on since they topple over, so I love this set. I will say the YouTube video instructions were very difficult and I had to slow down, pause, zoom, etc during the video to figure out what was going on.

Adorable and fun and our 18 month old daughter loves being at counter level! Well made, practical and cute. Sage and easy for her to get in and out of herself.

Our 9 month old loves this set! He’s building confidence by cruising, crawling, & climbing. It’s a nice change of pace from his other toys. Plus we don’t have to leave our house to go to the playground.

Not only is the wood for the pikler set high quality, the customer service is excellent as well!

My order arrived earlier than expected (still took a couple weeks), however the hardware was missing from my box due to a hole in the box. I sent an email out and they communicated quickly and sent out the hardware. It did take another couple weeks to get the hardware, but it wasn't their fault it went missing and they didn't waste time getting it out to me.

I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again!

Amazing customer service. My 2 and a half year old loves it. I was skeptical for something at this price point, but the structure is sturdy and easy to assemble. So many great and creative configurations and future uses.
